Trying Servmora and choosing a plan
Is the 30-day trial the full working Servmora system?
Yes. You can add your own services, customers, bookings, jobs, prices and working hours and use Servmora as part of the real business for 30 days.
Do I need a card to start?
No. A card is not required to start the trial and there is no automatic charge simply because the 30 days end.
What happens when the 30 days finish?
If Servmora has proved useful, choose Starter, Team or Complete. If you do not want to continue, there is no contract holding you in.
How much are the plans?
Starter is £18.99 per month, Team is £34.99 per month and Complete is £44.99 per month. All Servmora versions use the same prices.
Are user accounts limited by plan?
No. User accounts are not capped by Starter, Team or Complete. The plans differ by the features, automation and reporting included.
Does Servmora take a percentage of bookings?
No. Servmora does not take a booking commission. Separate services you choose to connect, such as card processors or SMS providers, may charge their own fees.
How customers work directly with your business
Can customers book themselves online?
Yes. Every business can share its own booking link. Customers choose a service, select a genuine available time and enter the information you ask for. The booking is then added to your Servmora diary.
Where can I use my booking link?
On your own website, Google Business Profile, WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, QR codes, printed material or anywhere else customers already find you.
Can the customer booking page use my business branding?
Yes. You can upload your own business logo and choose a brand colour. Your logo is also used on quotes and invoices.
Does the booking page use my real availability?
Yes. It uses the working days, booking hours, service length and notice rules saved in Servmora so customers are offered times that fit the way you work.
Can I ask customers extra questions before they book?
Yes. You can add booking questions that collect the information your business needs before the appointment.

What does Servmora Assist help with?
Quick Capture helps organise incoming enquiries, Job Finish prepares useful wording after work is completed, Business Pulse highlights items that may need attention and Ask Servmora helps explain the product in plain English.
Does Servmora Assist make business decisions for me?
No. You remain in control. Assist helps organise information and prepare suggestions, while the business owner or team decides what to use.
What happens if Assist is unavailable?
The main Servmora system continues to work. Bookings, customers, jobs, quotes and invoices do not depend on an AI response.
Which plans include Servmora Assist?
Servmora Assist is included with Team and Complete, and it is available during the full 30-day trial so you can test it before choosing a plan. Starter keeps the core booking, customer, job and payment tools without Assist.
Can I turn Servmora Assist off?
Yes. If your plan includes Assist, the business owner can switch it off from Business Settings. The rest of Servmora continues to work normally.
Your records, your devices and getting help
Can I take my business information with me if I leave?
Yes. Account owners can download the main business records they created as a ZIP containing separate CSV files that can be opened in Excel, Google Sheets or used when moving to another system.
Can I use Servmora on a phone or tablet?
Yes. Servmora Go provides a focused phone experience for today’s work, while the full system can also be used on tablets and computers.
Which Servmora version should I choose?
Choose Auto for vehicle-care businesses, Clean for cleaning businesses, Groom for pet grooming, Beauty for barbers, salons and beauty businesses, or Works for other hands-on service and appointment businesses.
What if I need help?
Ask Servmora can answer many product questions in plain English. If something needs human help, Servmora support remains available.
